According to a declassified document published online by the CIA, a clash between the Russian military and aliens took place, leaving 23 soldiers petrified. The bizarre report, dated March 27, 1993, was in a file on UFOs published online by the CIA in 2015, after having been declassified in 2011. In fact, this document was translated by the CIA from the post in the Ukrainian newspaper Ternopil Vechirniy, the Daily Express reported.
The CIA document said that after the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, Western intelligence seized many secret files, including a 250-page report detailing how the Russian military was attacked by aliens from an attack star after shooting down a UFO over Siberia.
Specifically, in 1987, a Russian military training unit in Siberia spotted a disc-shaped UFO. This unit immediately fired a surface-to-air missile at the unidentified flying object, causing it to fall to Earth. Then, 5 aliens; with a large head, large round black eyes, lanky limbs; appeared from the debris.
According to two soldiers who survived the incident, this group of aliens held hands and then merged into a glowing sphere. Eventually, the mysterious ball exploded, turning 23 soldiers who were nearby into stone statues.
The petrified bodies were then transported to a secret Russian research center. In this case, experts concluded that the victims’ biological tissue had been transformed into a substance with a molecular structure similar to limestone.
“Aliens possess advanced weapons and technology that far exceed human thinking. If the file is true, this is extremely frightening,” the report quoted a CIA official as saying.
It is not clear why the CIA stored an unverified report from a Ukrainian newspaper in a classified file on UFOs. But the above information confuses and scares many people. However, many people are skeptical about the accuracy of the report.
